Sources have told Times Now that the first layer involved two people present at the airport to guide Indian athletes. Meanwhile, the second layer has three people present at the athlete welcome centre for the same job. As a contingency measure, the MYAS has identified 2000 Indians, whose houses could be used if needed in the third layer of the plan.This plan is being handled by the Sports Authority of India, India’s Chef De Mission Sahdev Yadav, and the local Indian diaspora.
