In an extremely unique protest that made a Madhya Pradesh public hearing viral across the nation- a man decided to show up wearing a dog mask to a civic office in Khandwa. Reportedly, the move was to show a demonstration against the alleged “lapses” in the dog-sterilisation drive that had happened in the area. A video showed the Opposition leader in Khandwa Municipal Corporation in MP, Deepak Mullu Rathore, along with ‘Dogesh Bhai’, putting forward their takes during the public hearing on Tuesday, August 18.
