According to the report, the four states leading the lawsuit are California, Colorado, Kentucky and New Jersey. These states accused Meta that Instagram and Facebook have contributed to issues including depression, anxiety and suicide. Moreover, they also said that the company is misleading the public about the safety of its platform.
