A Russian military officer has reportedly been killed in a targeted bomb attack in Sevastopol, Crimea, with unofficial Russian channels identifying him as Robert Shageev, a former commander of Ukraine’s only submarine who switched allegiance to Russia after Moscow annexed Crimea in 2014.
