Imagine studying hard, getting a degree, then training dedicatedly to ultimately become a pilot– only to get asked whether the Earth is flat after 26 years of flying aeroplanes across the globe. How would you react? Based on this pilot’s reaction, a ‘straightforward’ answer is surely not it. A hilarious video was recently shared on social media, where a passenger was jokingly seen asking a pilot about the shape of the Earth. “What do you think, is the Earth flat?” the passenger was heard asking. As soon as the pilot, with “26 years of experience”, heard the question, the only response he was seemingly able to give was uncontrollable laughter.
