At least three people have been killed and 21 others injured in an explosion near an Italian restaurant in central Moscow, according to Russian authorities. The blast occurred at about 20:00 local time on Saturday near the Balzi Rossi restaurant at Kudrinskaya Square, one of Moscow’s landmark Stalin-era skyscrapers, the Interior Ministry said.
