The term ‘adorable’ is not exactly the kind of adjective that usually comes to mind or is used when it comes to describing a ceremony that is more about pride, dedication and determination; however, ‘cute’, ‘adorable’ and ‘charming’ were still the kinds of words that took over after a video of a Tamil Nadu police medal ceremony began to circulate online. Reportedly, the medal ceremony was held in Chennai on Friday, July 31, where it was TN Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay who was presenting Government of India and Tamil Nadu Police medals to the police personnel.
