The University of Delhi (DU) has released the minimum allocation scores for the Spot Round 1 of postgraduate (PG) admissions for the 2026-27 academic session. Alongside, the university has also issued the list of candidates allotted seats under Spot Round 1.
According to the university, 10,577 candidates had submitted their consent to participate in the Spot Round 1 admission process, out of which 1,358 candidates have been allotted seats across various postgraduate programmes.
The minimum allocation scores, available on the university’s admission portal, indicate the lowest score at which a candidate was allotted a seat in each programme during Spot Round 1.
DU said the Spot Round 1 seat allotment has been prepared based on various admission parameters, which include programme-specific eligibility, candidates’ merit, reservation policy, seat availability, and tie-breaking rules wherever applicable.

If a candidate fails to accept their allotted seat or complete the admission process within the stipulated deadlines, they may lose their allotted seat.
Documents Required for DU PG Admission 2026
Candidates should keep the documents listed below ready for verification:
- CUET PG 2026 scorecard
- CSAS-PG application confirmation
- Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth verification)
- Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
- Graduation degree certificate and semester/year-wise mark sheets
- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD), if applicable
- Transfer Certificate (TC), if required
- Migration certificate (for candidates from universities other than DU, if applicable)
- Character certificate
- Recent passport-size photographs
- Valid photo identity proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport or Voter ID)
- Disability certificate (for PwBD candidates), if applicable
- Any other documents required by the allotted college or department
Candidates need to carry both the original documents and self-attested photocopies for the verification process. University has also stated that admissions will remain subject to successful document verification and eligibility criteria.
