Dr Hamza Burhan, linked to multiple terror activities in Kashmir, was shot at the Gojra bypass area in Muzaffarabad on Thursday afternoon. Though local police initially declared him dead, fresh intelligence inputs later suggested that he was alive and was shifted to the Combined Military Hospital in Muzaffarabad in critical condition after doctors reportedly found signs of life.
