However, Justice Narasimha stated that the court wants to flag several issues that had already been highlighted by the Radhakrishnan Committee, such as reforms in the NTA’s governing board, nomination process, inclusion of domain experts, and improvements in pre-examination processes including printing and transportation of question papers. “Transporting question papers using the Indian Air Force can only be a temporary step.
