It was eventually finalised for Rs 4.25 lakh, which reportedly included a 3,450 square foot plot at the same price. However, soon after moving in, the actor allegedly faced a string of unsuccessful films, which led him to believe the villa had brought him bad luck. On his father’s advice, the family reportedly decided to move out of the property soon after.
