Mary Jo Shannon, often known simply as MJ, is the maternal grandmother of Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Rob Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner. In 1980, she founded Shannon & Co., a boutique in La Jolla, California, specialising in children’s apparel.
