In the Men’s Pro Singles, the top two seeds, Jake Bower and Mauro Garcia, comfortably navigated their way through a field dominated by Japanese players. The title, however, belonged to Garcia. The 18-year-old Spaniard outclassed 23-year-old Floridian Bower in straight games to capture the gold medal, further reinforcing his growing reputation as one of the Tour’s brightest young talents.
