A. Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, all still the big hubs, that hasn’t changed. But honestly, the more interesting founders right now are coming out of Jaipur, Indore, Ahmedabad, Coimbatore, Kochi, Bhubaneswar, Surat, Nagpur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Mysuru. These are founders solving real problems, not chasing a Silicon Valley template. Manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, fintech, healthcare, SaaS. We’re spending a lot more time outside the metros now because that’s where the innovation is actually happening. Better connectivity, digital public infrastructure, government push, easier capital access. A founder in Coimbatore today can build something as globally competitive as a founder in Bengaluru. That wasn’t true even five years ago.
