Lindsey Graham toured a classified Ukrainian drone manufacturing facility, marking one of his last public acts before passing away Saturday evening at age 71. The South Carolina Republican visited a production plant belonging to SkyFall, a Ukrainian defense company, as part of a broader trip to the country, Ukraine Pravda reported.
