Cabin Design Around Canine Senses
Instead of bolting pet accessories onto an existing SUV, Peugeot’s designers built the interior around how a dog perceives colour, texture and sound, using a blue-and-yellow palette suited to canine vision and soft, non-slip surfaces throughout. A modular mattress moves between the boot, rear seats and outdoor stops before folding into a dog bed at the destination and a window headrest lets a dog rest its head while looking outside during the drive. The concept also includes a connected harness, integrated bowls, interior protection panels and a V2L-powered pet dryer that stores under the boot floor, on top of Peugeot’s existing dog guard and boot-protector accessories already sold with other models.
