According to reports, Shivangi Shukla, a resident of Rail Vihar Colony, was driving her father to a hospital for medical treatment when her car collided with a motorcycle on the Kauabagh–Railway Hospital route. It is alleged that following the accident, the motorcyclist insisted that she apologise. When she objected, the argument escalated, and the man allegedly called several associates to the spot.
