At least 28 people were killed, several injured while over 200 rescued after a massive fire broke out at a shoe factory in China on Thursday. The incident erupted in the eastern Fujian province where the fire caused “heavy human losses.” According to Xinhua, the blaze erupted around 12:04 pm at a shoe factory in Jiangtou Village, Chennanyang Township, in Jinjiang City.
