Based on the proposals submitted by AINPSEF, a Level 1 employee posted in an X-category city could see a substantial jump in gross monthly salary. At present, the estimated monthly gross salary stands at around Rs 37,080 after including basic pay, DA, HRA and transport allowance. Under the federation’s proposal, the gross salary could rise to nearly Rs 61,344.
