Novak has a better chance of beating Sinner this year at Wimbledon than he had last year, when he suffered a straight-set defeat, but it will take another stunning effort from the veteran. Sinner hasn’t looked at his prime following the defeat to Djokovic at the Australian Open. He did win five ATP titles, but in Grand Slams, his fitness has let him down. He was knocked out at the French Open in the second round after suffering from dizziness, cramps and fatigue. He skipped the grass tournaments before Wimbledon and almost lost in the first round to Miomir Kecmanovic, somehow surviving the five-set thriller.
