SBI Funds Management Ltd., the asset management arm of State Bank of India (SBI), has announced the price band for its much-awaited initial public offering (IPO), setting the stage for the largest public issue of 2026 so far. The Rs 11,693-crore IPO will be offered in a price range of Rs 545 to Rs 574 per equity share. The public issue is entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS), meaning the company itself will not receive any proceeds from the IPO. Instead, existing shareholders, including SBI and Amundi India Holding, will dilute part of their stakes through the offering.
