NTA had conducted the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 on May 3, but was then cancelled due to alleged paper leak. However, the May 3 exam was cancelled due to an alleged paper leak. Following this, a retest was scheduled on June 21. When Union Education Minister, Dharmendra Pradhan, announced the re-NEET date, he also announced that no student will be charged any fee for the re-exam, and the application fee which was paid by students for the May 3 exam will also be refunded to all students.
