President Trump wants Congress to approve another $350 billion for defence, and he wants it moved quickly. In a Truth Social post, Trump called for a new budget package he described as “Reconciliation 3.0”, arguing that the United States Military had “never been stronger, or more powerful”. His assessment of the renamed War Department was less restrained: it has never been “HOTTER”, Trump wrote.
