In a post on Truth Social, Trump said that while the court’s decision was “too bad for our Country,” lawmakers could still end birthright citizenship through legislation rather than a constitutional amendment. “Congress should start TODAY to work on ending expensive and unfair to our Country, Birthright Citizenship,” Trump wrote, pledging his “Complete and Total Support” for any legislative effort to change the policy.
