“Gathering of four or more persons, carrying any weapon like Fire Arms, Swords, Barchhas, Kulharis, Jellies, Bhallas, Knives, Lathis, Cycle Chain and other weapons of offence or any other thing which is capable of being used as weapon of offence or is likely to cause obstruction in the maintenance of peace and law & order and it has become necessary to prohibit the carrying of weapons of offence within the area of about 500 meters around the strong room and examination centers in District Gurugram,” the official order states.
