A rather “embarrassing” video recently emerged from Canada, which immediately went viral on social media. The clip showed three men- allegedly immigrants- pulling out a discarded sofa set from off the bank in a forest area. Turns out, it was the same trio that was caught throwing away their old furniture in the forest by a Canadian. In a bid to teach the group a lesson on ‘civic sense’ and ‘accountability’, the Canadian allegedly “chased” the trio down, made them come back to the same spot and recollect their dumped furniture.
The clip showed the group struggling while pulling out the sofa through a sloppy surface. At one point, one of the men even pleaded to let the matter go as he was seen saying “please” to the Canadian recording everything.
The clip then showed the group finally dumping the furniture at a landfill, after the Canadian allegedly forced them to discard the dump the correct way.
“Caught these guys dumping their garbage off the bank right outside our house. Chased them down and pulled them over. Made them come back and pick it up. Then, they made them take it to the dump. Call it a lesson in being Canadian,” the post read.
The video immediately went viral and left netizens reacting. Most netizens, including immigrants, praised the Canadian, while others commented on how the group “should be fined”.
