The hottest accessories for the FIFA World Cup 2026 are the Fan Bands that have been launched by Bank of America (BofA). Attending even a single match at the ongoing tournament is proving to be an expensive affair—and free merchandise has become especially appealing as a result. These FIFA World Cup 2026 charm bracelets have therefore become extremely popular, with football fans queuing for hours to get their hands on them.
The charms have been rolled out across the 11 host cities, which include Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Atlanta, Boston, Miami, New York/New Jersey and Philadelphia.
According to Bank of America, “Featuring 140 custom-designed beads and more than 2 million free bracelets in red, blue and black, the collection draws inspiration from tournament moments, iconic host city landmarks and national team colours.” The company also states that more than 10 million bands will be distributed across host cities for fans to collect.
It adds, “The custom bead collection also pays tribute to the unique culture, energy and spirit of the American host cities welcoming FIFA World Cup 2026.”
The various BofA Fan Bands include: the FIFA World Cup trophy; surfboards and palm trees in Los Angeles; the Golden Gate Bridge and a San Francisco cable car; Seattle’s famous Mount Rainier; a Dallas cowboy hat; a rocket launch in Houston; the Liberty Bell and a Philly cheesesteak; the Statue of Liberty and a New York City taxi; “305” and Miami maracas; Kansas City’s fountains and barbecue sauce; Atlanta’s peach; and a Boston lobster with a lucky clover.

One social media comment read, “I went to one in LA and would love to trade an LA charm for one of the Bay ones if anyone is interested.” Another user wrote, “I waited for 1.5 hours to get hold of the bracelet. And, now how do I sell it for $200.”
According to reports various global e-commerce platform such as eBay and Poshmark, have listings of these Fan Bands and are being sold.
“FIFA World Cup 2026 is the first World Cup on US soil in decades, and we wanted to help create memories that will last even longer. BofA Fan Bands are designed to capture the energy of the tournament, celebrating iconic teams, passionate fans and the host cities at its heart,” said David Tyrie, President of Marketing, Digital and Specialised Consumer Client Solutions at Bank of America, in the official release.
