The CBI has unearthed a nexus of bureaucrats, bankers, realtors and businessmen in Haryana, that are allegedly involved in a massive government funds misappropriation case. The probe agency has arrested former Haryana principal secretary and senior IAS officer Pankaj Agarwal in connection with the case.
