According to Dr Parikh, the conversation cannot begin 48 hours before an examination and end once results are declared. “Academic pressure develops over years. It happens in a continuum. For most people it starts in early adolescence and continues through family expectations, teachers, peers, self-expectations, social media and the larger culture around success.”
