Boston is experiencing more than just football fever as a result of Scotland’s much-awaited return to the FIFA World Cup. Additionally, it has brought up what some local companies are jokingly referring to as a ‘beer crisis’. For Scotland’s first World Cup appearance since 1998, tens of thousands of fans, referred to as the Tartan Army, flocked to the Massachusetts city. While there were celebrations on the pitch following Scotland’s 1-0 victory against Haiti, numerous Boston bars had to work quickly to keep beer flowing.
