SEVENTEEN member Joshua is set to speak at UNESCO. The 30-year-old singer will represent his wildly popular K-pop group at a major event later this month. Joshua will deliver a speech at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris next week as a youth goodwill ambassador of the organisation. The news is being seen as a testimony of SEVENTEEN’s growing role in international youth advocacy and cultural outreach. Joshua has been a member of SEVENTEEN ever since its debut in 2015. Formed by Pledis Entertainment, the group consists of thirteen members, also including S.Coups, Jeonghan, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino.
