Pakistan skipper Fatima Sana handed the ball to left-arm spinner Sadia Iqbal. The Indian opener did not waste any time and hit her for a six on the first ball of the innings after Harmanpreet Kaur won the toss and chose to bat first. However, Iqbal made a strong comeback as she bowled three dot balls in a row before dismissing Shafali on the fifth ball of the opening over.
