Institutions like the NTA cannot simply move from one controversy to another with explanations and damage control because every crisis has a human dimension… millions of most vulnerable of the society… its children are at the receiving end of each of this faux pas. Accountability, transparency and systemic reform are no longer optional, they are urgently needed if the country wants students to believe that hard work, and not loopholes, still determines success.
