Testing Officer Vimal Shah explained that the laboratory examines a wide range of food products, including cooked food, proprietary food items, raw materials, spices, ghee, paneer and other dairy products. Over the past month, more than 500 food samples have been tested at the laboratory, with paneer, ghee and spices among the most frequently tested products.
