According to police, a Swift car driven by 32-year-old Ashutosh Pandey was travelling from Laxmi Nagar towards ITO with his wife and two minor children. The car allegedly hit the divider, crossed the railing and entered the opposite carriageway, where it collided with an Innova coming from ITO towards Laxmi Nagar.
