While, conflicting reports have emerged over the proposed meeting, there has been no official word in this regard. Meanwhile, president of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA), the Tibetan government-in-exile, Sikyong Penpa Tsering, claimed that the meeting was initially scheduled but later “was a change in the program” on Wednesday.
