Just because one can does not mean that they always should– and understanding the line between the same is exactly how one can make sure that they do not display a rather questionable understanding of proper public behaviour. However, in the case of India, the same line seemingly hardly exists for many. Keeping the same in mind, yet another video recently came forward, which showed a blatant lack of civic sense among Indians.
The clip in question showed a group of tourists playing loud Haryanvi music on a big speaker– inside a cave in Uttarakhand.
Allegedly, the video was recorded inside a cave in Dehradun’s Gucchu Paani, which also showed the group dancing and singing along with the music.
The clip immediately began to do rounds on the internet after being shared, leaving many infuriated. Most netizens demanded stricter rules and punishment over such behaviour, while others also questioned the nature of the songs, claiming that the song lyrics were “promoting violence and glorifying crime.”
Times Now could not confirm the details and the authenticity of the post.

Someone ban these HR LOFARS from Uttarakhand pls. How do you even behave like this in public? This is stone age mentality. And listen to their songs… 'Lofar they Haryana ke'. They literally admitted themselves that they are lofars. Btw this was at Gucchupani, Dehradun. pic.twitter.com/M6R827v7wr

Internet’s reactions:
“Showing how civilized they are. When you get money before education and without hard work, this is how you look like,” a user said. “Im wondering when @pushkardhami and @GovtUttarakhand will awake from their slumber and take note that these hooligans have ruined our Dev Bhoomi” added another person.
“They song they are dancing on is more concerning than their action. These songs are corrupting young minds by promoting violence and glorifying crime. The bubble of glorifying crime is more dangerous for our society. Sad,” added another person in the comment section.
