Bright’s co-lead on Season 1, Belmont Cameli earlier played Jamie Spano, the son of Elizabeth Berkley’s character, Jessie Spano, in the Saved by the Bell reboot in 2018. In 2022, he played the role of Eli in the Netflix film, Along for the Ride, based on Sarah Dessen’s novel. His role as Briar Hawks captain has already taken him places; he and Bright were guests on the Jimmy Fallon show.
