The 2026 edition of the Cannes Film Festival has officially wrapped up after two exciting weeks celebrating global cinema on the French Riviera. The prestigious event, which welcomed some of the biggest names from the entertainment world on its iconic red carpet, concluded on Saturday with a grand awards ceremony. The winners of top honours, including the Palme d’Or, were announced at the Palais des Festivals. This year’s competition jury was led by acclaimed South Korean filmmaker Park Chan-wook. The jury panel also featured renowned names from the entertainment world, including filmmakers Diego Cespedes, Laura Wandel and Chloe Zhao, actors Demi Moore, Ruth Negga and Stellan Skarsgård, along with screenwriter Paul Laverty.
