According to the NIA, its investigation has so far revealed the alleged involvement of Mahavir Kumar, Ajay Mehra and Manpreet Singh in the blast. The agency said the arrests are part of its efforts to uncover the larger conspiracy behind the attack and identify others who may have been involved.
