Twitch, one of the most popular gaming content streaming platforms, will now use creators’ content to help train generative AI models from Amazon. This step taken by Twich garnered a lot of immediate backlash from the gaming community. The main reason behind the backlash is that the creators are opted in to having their content used for AI training by default, which, of course, is not a move anyone will like.
