According to Dr. Tyagarajan, the portal will enable alumni from more than 73,000 government schools to reconnect with their alma mater and contribute towards its development. Apart from former students, ordinary citizens, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and companies through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives will also be able to support schools.
