The central agency has so far arrested six alleged shooters—identified as Manu Singh, Raj Singh, Golu Singh, Mayank Raj Mishra, Vicky Maurya and Naveen Kumar Singh. In addition, three alleged middlemen, Binay Roy, Sanjay Roy and Vikas Mishra, have also been arrested for their purported role in coordinating the execution of the murder plot.
