Elon Musk is planning something on a scale that would dwarf even the Pentagon. According to a report from the New York Post, Tesla and SpaceX confirmed Thursday that their jointly built semiconductor megafactory, called Terafab, will be constructed in Grimes County, Texas, just outside Houston, with the first phase carrying a price tag of $16.8 billion.
