He said, “LGBTQ are part of this society which we belong to. We need to accommodate them.” But reiterating RSS’ traditional stand around marriage, he said that same-sex marriage is not part of our tradition. He added, “Marriage is not created so that two people can stay together. It is a family.” He said that marriage is a framework for raising children and training them to be good citizens.
