The new system launches with the 2026-27 season and works differently from the discipline-specific rankings players have used until now. Instead of ranking singles, doubles, and mixed doubles separately, the World Pickleball Rankings combines all three into one composite score. Men’s or women’s doubles contributes 50%, mixed doubles 35%, and singles 15% to a player’s overall ranking, with each player’s best 14 results from the trailing 52 weeks feeding into the total.
