The Pakistan Boxing Federation is once again under the scanner following Quadratullah’s disappearance from the team hotel during the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. The Pakistani boxer, who competed in the men’s 60kg category, left his passport behind with the team manager. PTI has reported that he vanished after competing in his boxing match. As many as four Pakistani boxers have vanished on foreign soil since the 2022 Commonwealth Games. Suleman Baloch and Nazeerullah Khan left the team hotel during the 2022 CWG in Birmingham. In 2024, Zohaib Rasheed stole her teammate’s foreign currency and disappeared in Italy.
