The BCCI on Sunday (August 2) announced T Dilip’s replacement and appointed Subhadeep Ghosh as the new fielding coach of Team India. The BCCI decided against renewing Dilip’s and Ryan ten Doeschate’s contracts. The board hasn’t appointed a new assistant coach yet. Dilip, who first joined Team India in 2021, shared an emotional note after being removed and namedropped Rahul Dravid, Gautam Gambhir, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and few other players.
