The man suspected of carrying out a mass shooting at an In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls, Idaho, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, police have said. At a news conference on Sunday, Twin Falls Police Chief Matthew Hicks identified the suspect as 24-year-old Chad Williams and said investigators were confident he had acted alone.
