China is taking another step towards tightening its grip on online content, the country’s cyberspace regulator has released a draft law that specifically targets AI-generated cyberbullying, while also introducing stricter responsibilities for online platforms and internet users. The proposed legislation, which is currently open for public consultation, aims to tackle the growing use of artificial intelligence in creating and spreading abusive content.
